The savage and sorrowful incident whichever you told is just One of the innumerable occurrence of this so- called civilized world.what I can think is there are two reasons are there.(1) absence of morality.values and spirituality.(2) absence of application of rules and regulations.so if you want a peaceful society. you have to raise your combined voices and unresisted struggle for peaceful word.how many distance of proximity of expected peace !
