Being honest I don't really see how it's unsafe, safe is used to mean there aren't jumpscares/gore because that became a problem, not that there's nothing that could scare someone or be a trigger, unless I'm wrong here

Except for zoning out, all of those sound like stims to me! (: (I’m not an expert, but I’ve seen other nd people share stims of theirs that are like those, and I do some of those things as well)

everytime I watch stim boards i start shaking, idk if im stimming (Most of stims are vocal) but I just start shaking :3 (Not in a bad way it just happens ?) Also this helps my S.A.D <33
i really needed this, ty. i think i mightve been in sensory overload but this video helped me wind down. stopped my harmful stimming and started pushing my fingers into my cheek gently like i was playing with slime, haha :))
I’m not an expert, but the best advice I can give you is not to overthink if what you’re doing is a stim or not. Let your body move however feels best to you, make whatever sounds you want, stuff like that :) And I would start in a safe, secure environment where you won’t feel watched or judged (though if you one day feel safe stimming in front of others, that’s fine, too!)
