Most hunters & fishers spend most of their time in habitat, animal restoration & practicing survival SKILLS. Bludgeoning families & their babies isn't a skill.

My question is why do they do it? I thought it was the islands main food source? And they have been doing this for hundreds of years and it seems sustainable? Yes it Grind looks grim and it’s a hard watch but would you not have a better chance in stopping it to help the islands sort an other food source? Better live stock? Me personally I don’t think it should be done but humans all over the world have had to live with what they have. To change the way of life for people takes time. I think it will slowly scale back over years. I don’t believe it should be stopped as that could spark outrage but how about limiting it for a while?

I don't eat meat/fish/chicken, but I respect hunters & fishers who hunt sustainably & ensure a quick clean kill. I feel confident that they, like me would see this for what it is- vicious! To the people of the Faroe Islands; the world is watching you.
