We got the violin in trade-in for old German violin. Our client bought it in Toronto.

​@@travelbc369thanks so much. My daughter tried a 604 but violin tracher said it had poor projection and that we would probably have to upgrade in 3 years. So now im looking into a used Sadner 805 vs Suzuki 850. Found them online but its hard to purchase without hearing them in person. Any thoughts on thrse 2 choices or purchasing online. Daughter is looking into joining our church orchestra and towns Symphonic in the near future. TIA

@@lylianmunoz3856 We are musicians and totally share your concern. It is hard to buy a good violin online without trying it. Both Sadner and Suzuki instruments are made in workshops by different people so they are not consistent over the time. Some of them are better than others. We have a few dozen of instruments in our shop. It depends on your performance level, style of playing, even on repertoire and of course on budget what instrument to choose from. Generally we prefer older German and Italian instruments but modern ones are also very good and even much better than old mass production violins. Buying such instruments like Sadner online isn't too risky as you don't overpay for it. The instrument still has a good resale value and you can change it if it doesn't fit well your expectations.
