Haha! I knew there had to be a way to un-fry my Ninja's ECU. Neat!
very nice device, but cost is very prohibitive, there is another equivalent product?
Very interesting set of video's, I have used Arduino's but I have never used a PIC, Being a member of a Model Railway group and they use on quite a few of there kits, and one particular kit has issues and with the Electronics I cannot find any issue, basically its a District cut out board DCO which supplies track power of about 16 voltsof AC at about 30khz via 2 mosfets to the output and if there is a short on the output a current trsnsformer detects this and feeds the output which goes via an opto coupler to RA3 input when it triggers this in turn, turns pin 12 of a 16F630 to 0 volts but it drops to about 2 volts then 0 volts which turns the mosfets off , the more you apply the short the quicker it turns off, I have tried on the group forum but no one is helping so I would like to understand how it works ... I understand you cant hekp on this project but I will continue watching your video's and see if I can make sense of how it works ...
Does the "I don't know if that did any good or not" at 8:30 pertain to the whole previous 8 minutes of the video?
Wow, great job. Very clean work.
This is totally wrong, I’d suggest you read a service manual set up of purity and convergence. The purity is set in conjunction with the yoke positioning. There’s so many amateur people working in crt equipment that think they know what they are doing. Read the service manual set up and do it correctly. This is just a bodge until it’s nearly correct, another issue not mentioned is the set should be positioned east west during set up as to minimise the earth’s magnetic field influence!
He fixed it. I'm confused...
@@CozyCathodes its fixed as far as you can see in the video……… with purity you don’t set it like this. Check out a professional engineers manufacturers service manual. Tv radio engineer for 35 years
I'll take your word for it. I'll be working on a Sony this weekend and make sure I'm east/west, honestly I like the by the book approach, but the sad part about this is there's not many real certified specialists out there to teach this technology.
Awesome!
Thank you 🙏🏼 so much you save my ass !!! ❤
Large scale integration is a blessing and a curse given the digital systems are mostly on microcontrollers these days. That said some analog applications are still driven by CMOS/TTL so they're useful and there are still many applications that use MSI as opposed to LSI.
Thanks for share your knowledge with us. Can you share with us some PICs descriotion? For us know how and why you will use each part, like tris, mov, port... Ect
Guys do yourselves a favor and never do this to your soldering iron. Make yourselves a favor and go watch the vid by learn electronics about it, it will change everything.
2024 y estoy viéndolo con mucho asombro, gracias por este tremendo tutorial! Un abrazo desde Ecuador
Still waiting to learn how to propogate my rose bush cuttings 😂❤
Wow thank you so much, that was a big help, now i know how to fix an avr of generator,
The LED always remains red, but you can clearly tell when it is on. I have an LM341 (OmpAmp) to test so I can tell if the 'op-amp works or needs to be replaced. I need to get a logic probe.
This video drove me crazy.
Nonsense
Useless video
Welcome back!
Very informative and creative!
thanks for great video. liked&subscribed
Great video!! , star grounding is very important to avoid ground loops, we are talking Milivolts here in a high impedance circuit, just like a radio. Keep uploading videos, really helps. Cheers :)
it works
The star grounding would just be the difference of wiring your components in parallel vs series correct? Also i didnt know why people twist their wires, but it makes sense now, thanks for this vid, picked up a few good ideas. Getting foil tape in the duct section of the hardware store is another good one, cause purpose built shielding tape is kind of spendy ha.
MONO
TIP NUMBER 1, ONLY WELD PLASTIC 😅
Best ever video about the CRT adjustments I watched. Action on magnets - the reaction of picture. Real-time! And it's only 6 minutes duration. Bravo. Now all my stuffs are on right shelves in my head.
How do you know what a good/ bad i.c should measure without a probe and the reading when used. Is there an input/output side that can blow the chip when used incorrectly. With so many i.c's available how do know what they all do and for what purpose in a circuit. Is there a table/index PDF available for all these 100's of i.c's. Do you test when the circuit is live or dead. Boolean is new to me. What are the do's and don't. I am a novice help please.
Excellent thank you for this!
the interesting thing about boiling in water is that the pot will never get hotter than 100C inside
I have slight double image on text is very visible and i have a bit more flickering than normal. What to do with that flicker ? The tv is Panasonic Qintrix
I have a rose bush that was from a long ago cutting of my grandma,'s plant almost 30 years ago. It has "gone wild" and has gotten pale greenish yellow with tons of tiny, frilly laterals. Is there hope to save it?
2:24 is what she said
Absolutely didn't work
Current tracer and pulser
Where do i attach the red clip at??
great thanks for your video now my telecaster dont gate any buzz you'r the best demo in youtube
Thanks for this video. I'm looking for a way into a Denso motorcycle ECU which appears to be polyurethane potting compound, but this is definitely going into the memory bank for future use.
did it work mr Shaunie, god an ac cdi ready to remove the epoxy señor.
Thanks it's really educative
I think the repair is incomplete, since the copper core will end up melting when soldering with tin, what you should really do is a Nickel bath using an electrolysis process to transfer molecules from a piece of Nickel to the tip that needs to be coated in Nickel, it is worth mentioning that you can also use iron as a protective layer or both.
I was thinking of making the tip of the equipment with gold, would that solve the oxidation issue?
How a know wich componente it's foto ech think yo make something
Can I do the same with a transformer that is immersed in apoxy?
Man thank you very much, you saved me life and my guitar kkk the best advice I have gotten from this CZcams in years. 😎👍
Do you need to unsolder any wires of the cavities?
Thanks!
I just need basic instructions how to connect monitor to PBC board and haven't seen one yet disturbing
i think this solution only use on heavy damaged tip, don't use in good face tip
What model is the pulser?
Nicely done almost ALL the videos on here had zero information about dealing with the epoxy , and you can’t fix the electronic components without getting the epoxy off safely , shows you have brains unlike most all the others doing their videos !
