I have my H1B selected this lottery I got a job offer before but they delayed it to October 1, 2024 I also have OPT STEM valid and starts in April 1, 2024 I am without job now as my new employer is not going to offer me offer before my OPT STEM no employment days ended. So on OPT STEM I have 90 days to find a new job and failing to do so result in being out of status in the country what is your recommendation? I am not sure if I fulfill cap gap extension given I have no job now and my job offer starts in October 1, 2024PM
