Very well done! That is very much the appeal for me of an old NBC medical/action series of the 70s called Emergency!-- what you just said is very much how the paramedic characters John Gage and Roy DeSoto (Randolph Mantooth and Kevin Tighe respectively) of fictional Squad/Rescue 51 of the L.A. County Fire Department radioed into also-fictional Rampart General Hospital, and how the doctor characters on the other end (either Dr. Kelly Brackett [Robert Fuller] or Dr. Joe Early [Bobby Troup]) responded to the calls and gave instructions for how to handle the patients being brought in; basically, Emergency! was very much true-to-life, and that's why (I've seen it all on DVD) it's one of the best shows I've ever seen, and IMO, the best of all the rescue format shows that have ever been made.

Should not lift the patient's head to place the collar on. Should slid the collar under the neck and then place it around the front of the neck and secure.

Nice video, I started using FreeStyle libre with Nightrider, it help me to continuous track the glucose on the phone and watch. The Linkblucon app shows which particular food effects on glucose, customizable alarms and remote sharing the glucose with loved ones.

You should be on the right side and face the inside of the ambulance so you can see the locking mechanism and make sure it latches so that you don't drop the pt or stretcher on the step bumper.

only issue with the IM injection is that needle is too short and in that demo, the injection, especially if pt is large or has fatty arm, would likely only reach SQ tissue and not IM, even at 45' angle. need a 22-25 guage needle for IM

This video is okay if y'all just wanna see the KED being used, but their technique is all wrong. The patient should be in a seat with a back, like in a car. The medics shouldn't be walking in front of and behind the patient, 'cause you can't do that in a car. The assistant and lead should be maintaining C-Spine stabilization throughout the extrication.
