I moved from the Metro Atlanta area to Murfreesboro. To your point that, "Murfreesboro is not walkable," I can only say, "HA. Ha..." I see what you mean, but so far it feels much faster to get to and from places here than it did back in Atlanta.

I’ll trade ya! lol 😂 I’m born and raised in Nashville and a couple of years ago made the mistake of moving to Raleigh and whew I regret every minute of it. Talk about small and crowded, Raleigh is so tiny but thinks it’s a big city no infrastructure lol I miss living in a huge city like home!

Which sections of Murfreesboro would I look when doing an on-line search? I qualify for low income housing but not interested in an apartment. I really would like to find a small house to lease with option to purchase. Thank you, angie

So in a nutshell, Clarksville is good if your job is there, or you work from home, or maybe you work on Fort Campbell. Otherwise, pass. That pretty much it?

My family been out there for 25 years and he loves it we're from Chicago Illinois . He said when he first moved there 25 years ago they had snow it wasn't much snow but they closed everything down.. he showed up for work and his boss asked why he was there.. because of the snow.. and my brother said we're from Chicago Illinois we go to to work in 20 inches of snow LOL .. Murfreesboro is a beautiful city.. been there and really love the places and the people it sure has grown from 25 years ago

It's only 30 minutes down town with regular traffic drive it every day I'm from Lebanon.. Lebanon is a good place to live. I miss sunset though..

My wife and I moved to Hendersonville in June and we absolutely love it the folks here are so friendly and we really feel safe here we are glad we made the move from Bellevue to Hendersonville

Clarksville TN or Greenville SC?? Just curious on people thoughts… both seem nice, safe, conservative, and southern. Which is better??? Opinions go!

Having trouble deciding between Clarksville TN and Greenville SC...? Any thoughts opinions form anybody appreciated? Especially from people who have been to both. I'm looking for a family friendly safe, conservative city.

I think it depends where in Clarksville you live. There are 3 major exits. 11, 8 and 1. There are 3 different zip codes. 37040, 37043, 37042. Fort Cambell crosses the northern part of Clarksville into Kentucky. There is also a winery, distillery and so much more. Homes in the 37043 tend to be higher priced. From 37043 you can make it to Nashville in less than 40 minutes. Clarksville is famous for big/small town. But just another exit before 11 is 19 that will get you into the outskirts of Clarksville and into Springfield, lots of land there.
