Nadine Searle shares her experiences of helping her clients learn the art of calmness and stress relief with Victoria Sheridan. After many years of running her Calm Self practice Nadine received a cancer diagnosis of and her world changed.
She now focuses her skills on helping others with life threatening conditions to overcome their feelings of overwhelm and helps them to practice her 6 step process for achieving and maintaining a calm self when they need to be resilient.
