Comb's video was damage control, not about a real apology. His lawyers told him not to admit to anything and he had to hit all the protocol phrases "I'm ashamed, dark times, seeking therapy, something about god" etc. This makes this apology even more hollow. Now, he is sorry for real in the video, but he is only sorry because he got caught doing something we all agree is bad. He wasn't sorry when we all didn't know. And he is definitely sorry that his celebrity dream is over. No matter what happens, he will always find a way to center himself even when apologizing, because it's the me-me-me celebrity cult that society and the media contribute to to make him into a "star" when he was all along a monster.
