Hey what what is the exercise on one wheel😅

It's not easy as looks. I finally can paralel turn only after capable to first drill(look marcel hookey), and little crossover at zero speed. My tips is, tighten up buckle. More stiff, more easy If you too fear to use outside edge at front foot. Just use inner leg. Its okay for beginning. When u get used, add more outer edges. For you know, it's really fun especially at downhill. 😊😊

I can already do cross overs but i was always struggling on my left as opposed to my right. The drills you showed, helped me to strengthen my left outside edge which was my weakest area. I'm still not there but it's a vast improvement. Thank you.

I have a question. When doing the backwards lemon, i noticed that I have to lift up my heels and be more on my toes. When I am doing two backwards lemons. Is that normal? And is there anything else you would like to add regarding this? I was watching your video to see if you're doing the same thing but it's hard to tell.

I know you call them lemons, I think we call the C - cuts here. At least in ice skating, not sure about inline skating. The lemon is much harder than it looks. I would see it as good cross training for down hill skiers especially mogul skiing. Or any sport where you need leg strength and balance. It's a good cross training drill.

I have a request. Can you do a video on how tight you should tighten your skates? I think I found a happy medium of how tight and where, but any additional advice you can add would be helpful.
