I literally saw this movie an hour ago🤌

As someone who struggles whith panic attacks and severe anxiety this scheme really hits home for me bc it is something I don’t see often in tv

Yeah this had happened to me. It feels like I'm dying. Even if it isn't technically a panic attack. This scene rlly hit hard for me. ❤

As someone who has an excessive anxiety disorder, it was hard for me to watch this scene. I literally cried whenever I saw this scene. This whole movie taught a lot of lessons. But a very important one was “ when you try to be like someone else, it can lead to consequences.” I will love this movie forever! But this scene just broke my gear into pieces bro😭. Anyone who suffers from an anxiety disorder or anxiety in general, I AM WITH YOU!!💗

SPOILER ALERT ‼️ The new movie “ inside out 2 “ was made for people who suffer with anxiety and doesn’t feel how they should feel- Remember when anxiety took over the console They meant that don’t let anxiety take over be happy! “Inside out” was a fun nice movie made for children, they were talking about Riley’s childhood, joy was the person controlling the console and the other but mostly joy, Riley and an amazing childhood ❤. “inside out 2” are talking about her teenage life, a teenage life should have anxiety, when they came back from their journey joy took over, then she was feeling happy, remember she left her friends for the people at the ice hockey thingy whatever anxiety made her lose them 😮. I watched this movie for the first time today. As someone who has had an anxiety attack before, I can confirm it is like this, and this movie accurately displayed how it makes you feel. It really made me emotional and brought back some memories id like to forget, but it was real. And realness is something I haven’t seen in movies in a while. ❤

My anxiety yesterday

Panic attack is the correct term. I love that they didn’t just make her get anxious but really detailed her going through a panic attack. If you have panic you also try to find what’s real. At the end of the scene you can see her touching around her trying to sense if she is say. Panic attacks suck. Some even have out of body experiences with them.

I cried during the movie cause i flet everything on a personal level.. I grew up with riley and seeing this happening has touched me on a different level..

I have bad anxiety and anxiety attacks it hurts me so much I hate having those but I have to live with it I feel for riley

as someone who has anxiety i understand it watching this part in the movie i really related this part, it made me cry.
