I had the pleasure of seeing them last weekend in London. It was spectacular. A wonderful advert for discipline and hard work.

I’m glad they incorporated Spirit of the Hill into the pregame but it’s the worst fight song in the history of the world. It’s Micky Mouse meets row row row your boat. Just please change it to duple meter instead of 6/8 PLEASE. It’s will totally change the spirit of the piece! Spirit of the Hill!

Am i crazy or would a band battle between USC and NSU (Northfolk State Univ.) (hbcu vs pwi). Be fire though.

I had great seats at the 50 yard line and I COULD have gotten a better shot than this. Kicking myself. I was so tuned into the sights and sounds I missed a golden opportunity. Why are there so many morbidly obese members in this band? Is there no fitness qualification? A better moniker would be the Southland’s Fattest Band 😅. Did anyone else notice the guy sitting near the band with the UT Dental School polo on who had no teeth? Folks like these and the marching chubbies are an embarrassment to the institution.

FYI, the University of Tennessee's fight song is "Down the Field." Often followed by "Rocky Top."

My father was on the committee that named this band. He was a member of the band at the time, and played trombone! It's good to see marching bands that stick to traditional styles, and values! Too many music departments have strayed into never-never land!

This is runway 31R, which is one of the smaller runways in Dallas, but it’s still a big runway. Runway 31R in Dallas is about the length of the longest runway in Boston Logan Airport, 33L!!!

I’m a Pitt fan who has cheered for Tennessee from afar for years and years now. This was my first visit to Neyland Stadium and I was blown away by the stadium, the band and the fans. I can’t wait to go back sometime soon, when they aren’t playing Pitt, so I can cheer on the Vols with everyone else! An unreal gameday atmosphere! GBO
