Oh I know what you mean about wearing headphones and having your senses blocked. I always just wear one airpod in my ear. Even if I am home, out in the garden on my own…I still can only wear one. I need to be able to know that I can hear something if I need to. I honestly think it’s an anxiety thing 🤷‍♀️

omg yes, I totally relate to the maccas thing. Growing up, we didnt have much money, so we never had takeaway at all, unless it was for a special occasion. When I got my first job, I thought wow, I can get takeaway whenever I want, so that is what I did. Unfortunately that led me down a weight gain path, which was so hard to get back on track.

I am with you regarding the weather! I am SO over the heat too. Our trees are dying, paddocks are SO dry and no feed for the animals. Sick of having to buy hay because the paddocks are a dust bowl.
