Bummer about the race Greg. That happened to me a couple of years ago when I was supposed to do my first as well, that one was an Olympic distance. It was canceled the night before due to covid. I also did it on my own the next week. I enjoyed the video, best of luck in the next!

Been there, done that. Started Zwifting fall of 2022, rode Ven-Top March 2023 at 60 years old. Brutal slog. Glad I did it and will probably do it again someday. Likely when the painful memory has faded a bit more. 😂

Great video! I'm take the Bliss on a similar trip to Alaska next week! Two questions: 1)Did folks use the Aqua Loop or pool at all? 2) Without doing an excursion, do you feel you got close enough/saw enough of the glaciers? I'm thinking about renting a cessna to fly over the glaciers. I'm very intrigued by them. Thanks in advance

I’m considering a NCL cruise to Alaska on Norwegian Bliss this year. Did you think the Ketchikan dock at Ward Cove was too far from town? And did you feel there was too little time in port?

Such a lovely trip! I was on an Alaskan cruise this past May, but not with Norwegian. I am going on Norwegian in 2024 back to Alaska again. I love the Red Dog Saloon. I had the best crabs sandwich in there! The whole trip is just absolutely gorgeous. We did not get to sail up into Icy Strait because we had so much ice in the water. The captain announced we had to stop and turn around. 😢
