I replaced the UMD drive and I am sure it works perfectly, but unfortunately, the result is the same and the sound is still there. So I think the problem is from the motherboard.

I had the same issue and tried replacing the UMD drive, but received the same result. I agree with @3okash249 that it is likely the motherboard. I am going to try replacing the motherboard next and that should fix the issue. Thankfully, even though the motherboard I have does not work with a UMD drive, I can still play games with an microSD card.

@@buly97 my problem is the laser doesn't even light. So i just ordered the new UMD drive off Aliexpress. Still waiting my order, hope that could get this thing to work

@@auzyx6138 My problem is similar to his the laser does light up, but it makes the EXACT same sound, and I believe it's the same problem. As if it's trying to go past the limit of the boar or something. I will buy a new drive too since I already tried taking out the cables and putting them on again.
