I love the variety your boxes provide at a reasonable cost, so I am distressed by the unfair (read: illegal) treatment you are experiencing. My granddaughters are biracial, and I love the fact that you depict women of color in all shades in your clothing and other products. First, thank you for your courageous transparency. Second, we do not negotiate with terrorists. Ever. Third, as a Black woman business owner, I support Izzy & Liv and affectionately call it my Black Girl Magic box. I rock with you because I support US. Ao if you have to call a stop or slow down, you do that. Tell us sooner and make decisions that are within your integrity and align to your values. Finally, I halted my subscription but purchased about $100 from the value items in an email I received last week. I didn’t hear how my order is impacted. My only criticism is that the email I received and ultimately purchased from came at a time that it the warehouse drama was underway. I would not have sent out a timed email encouraging purchases knowing that I may not be able to make on it. That part you did have control over and I would definitely be mindful of that moving forward. I would have been fine to either not receive that email or better yet, receive a heads up that yall may need a month to regroup because your warehouse vendor is strong arming you. The lawyer in me wants to know who this warehouse is and send them a letter myself. Hang in there! Your boxes brought me joy through the worst time of my life. I have gifted countless items on to friends and family. You have purpose. This is an obstacle and can be removed. You have options. Always pick YOU! ❤

The devil is always lurking. I love this agency too much for you or anyone to give up on it. I will always support this agency. This problem only comes because you are fantastic and have a good thing going. Prayers are up for you and all involved. We know the struggle is real, and yet it is worth it.

Thank you for your words! I received my box on Friday. I do my best to try to support when I can. Some months I have to take a break. I rocked my new leggings from the $10 sale at the school where I work on Friday, and they were a hit! Blessings to you!
