Do they get in the house by attaching to our clothes? Kinda freaking out bc I just went out to the garden, and saw them which is how I came to this video. But now…. Worried about going back inside lol. The comments sound like they are as invasive as fleas 😮

These creepers have destroyed all my green beans in my garden & killing off all my tomato plants too. Even the tomato worms started very early this year! Not a good year for a garden. Thanks for the video.

Great idea have you thought about just setting the light under the plastic and surrounding it with black tape so it's not inside the jar. Would that work?

I was lying down to go to sleep and heard this loud ass fighter jet noise. Next thing I know there is a stink bug chilling on my head.

What most don't realize is that if you have house plants, stink bugs will pierce plant stems, leaves, flower buds and flowers and suck sap from them. This will eventually kill the flower buds causing them to wither and also the plants to die. I have experienced this with orchids, bonsai trees, as well as other house plants..

I found an ecen better trap, put a potato in a bowl....they all come for it, then spray it n throw it away......then use Harris , its safe on lawns too....ive finally gotten rid of them....im relieved i sprayed harris for stink bugs outside perimeter and inside somewhat. Then sprayed my lawn.....we havrnt seen any so far near the house, seen 2 near neighbors home.... I thank harris!

In order to make quick work of stink bugs in my garden, I use a hand-held cordless vacuum cleaner.

To dispose of the live bugs of any type, Use an old jar with a lid and fill it halfway with water and add some Dawn dish detergent. The best is to make the water blue with the detergent. Place the bugs in the jar and close they will die quickly and you can pour them out in your yard. The detergent will not harm anything.

Definitely trying this. These bugs are all over here in NC. They’re annoying! I can deal with them but my wife freaks out. I usually spray them with a bottle of water mixed with dawn dish soap

I found one in my bed and now I feel like there all over me.

I have a 7 foot butterfly net, catch them, and feed them to chickens. They LOVE them! But I will try the trap- and the outside deterrents-, as I am weary of getting up every 10 minutes to catch them! And they get "through" a lot smaller than 3 pennies…

Being that the bottle is clear, couldn't you just set the bottle on the light? It would be much easier to turn on and off and to keep clean.
