    I don’t have instagram, but this really helped I’m a 13 intermediate and I’m doing pretty good in the class… but I’m only 2 wins away from expert and I don’t think I am ready for it. But after watching this I will definitely follow the tips… Thanks!

    How to fix it: Remove all these weird products, bcaa, pwo, whey protein, they are not good for you and they do not help. Go to sleep the same hour every day. No caffeine 6 hours within sleeping because it takes 6 hours for 50% of the caffeine to go out of your body, another 6 for the rest or so

      Firstly I didn’t show whey protein, nor bcaa or pwo, I also don’t even consume any of these besides whey, secondly the stuff I do consume help with recovery as I’m an athlete and need them for recovery. I train 6x a week, and the objective of the video was to improve my recovery through recovery sources, like sauna, Ice bath and mediation, which is a lot more beneficial for actual “recovery” of the body than not consuming whey. Secondly I don’t consume caffeine right before bed or even 8 hours before bed. Nice to know people come on here to give advice when none of the advice given was shown in the video and aren’t professional athletes themselves. Clearly did not watch the video and just assumed, well done 👍🏻

    As long as you stay looking good babe..We want more leggings hauls on here! That being said I love sleep..8 hrs, 10hrs, naps whenever I can. Sleep and proper hydration are the foundations of health.

    I hate seeing you go through this, but you're taking it like a champ! You know you're still alright, though. I'd be going loopy, and crawling into bed with my bike to watch videos. LOL. I'm sure you're doing all the right things, but for future resilience and strength, have you done much band work? Something similar, that i absolutely love, is using a chest expander. Steel springs with handles. Absolutely sick workout, can travel with it, and my shoulders are blowing up! Fred Rollon was a beast, just using these. Anyways, just a thought, and a long-forgotten yet super effective training tool that can also probably help with rehab. Stay tough!

    I race bmx and I had to get surgery on my foot when I was 23. That made it so I was unable to walk and took me off my bike for a whole year. My doctor told me that my balance was going to be ruined and I should find another hobby.. That comment alone just lit a fire in me.. Almost a year to the day, I sent this doctor a picture of me riding again and told him thanks for the push. I don't know if he was trying to push me or not or if he really meant it. but It was the challenge that I needed.
