Here's a vid of the completion of MW2 Spec Ops Echo mission Armor Piercing using only the M240 machine gun and flashbangs. Not a recommended way to finish the mission, but it felt too easy with the Barrett.

Here's a very simple way to finish the Terminal spec ops solo with veteran 3* difficulty. I wasn't able to finish this mission using the speed run method that's posted here, so I discovered this way that anyone having problems should be able to finish with.
