I have shared a small video of my struggles with mental health but also the benefits photography and nature has had on helping move into healthier spaces.
Seeing good friends loose their life through not speaking up and causing so much pain on the people around them inspired me to speak up and help others not walk alone through the darkness.
It is ok to be vulnerable and reach out.
