My personal Head-Canon: Specimen 6 is the Queen in Aliens
Number six really is an interesting specimen; intelligent, ruthless, hateful, cunning even. Heck, she even managed to intuit that Yautja, besides fitting the Predator moniker, are extraordinarily arrogant, especially the elites among them, hence the reason why she was able to harvest wolf right as he was about to kill her.

Here is a fact about The Matriarch the Matriarch has a lot of battle demage, and scars and all, didn't have to be that way if she wasn't forced to fight and would live a peaceful life, then she's be just as beautiful as any other queen, though I must admit, those scars do show she was in combat, I look at them like battlewear on a gun. every scratch has its histopry, it was earned in combat, so I don't mind them, and the fact she remembers times from before humans even existed makes her even more badass!

I am pretty sure that it goes Queen then Queen Mother then Empress. So she is most likely in her stages of life.
XenomorphEmpress but why does the wiki say that queen mothers are the supereme leader of ALL xenomorphs,but for my canon I also thought that the queen life cycle goes regular queen,queen mother then empress until I changed my mind,anyway empresses and queen mothers must be rare because it could take years for a regular queen to molt into a empress (for your canon,queen mother) and then into a queen mother

Because there can only be one queen mother at a time which is done by consuming her royal jelly or molting, in Alien Genocide the second queen mother was made causing a civil war among the xenomorphs. This second queen mother was red, same with her brood, and were wiped out by the black xenomorphs purifying their race and reestablishing order among the species.

Not gonna lie, pretty crappy vid. Your movements are extraordinarily jerky, and you almost never give the viewer any time to focus on anything in the vid, thus making the vid seem like a cloverfield film. Good game, though.
