I enjoyed this drive through St. Lucia the other night looking for #HipposInTheStreet with @Bierpens and some friends. We saw a few hippos, and they were all relaxed and happy to be in the lime light. That being said, visitors must remember that these guys, #HIPPOS are wild creatures, and can be very unpredictable. A bite from one of these guys is often fatal, but always painful with long term impacts on your general well being.

The purpose of #BlackMonday was to raise awareness of the issue, in that they did succeed, now that the people are aware they are asking questions, we need more reliable and conclusive evidence for the claims. Outrageous claims like "hit squads" further divides the country, which is exactly what the enemy wants. We should be careful to not play into the hand of the enemy. For now, I stand by my belief that the farm attacks is part of a bigger issue, a corrupt government. But I am open to have my view changed if reliable evidence can be tabled.
