Sitting on the toilet while eating, banging my head on the shelf, and not having a plan for when one of the kids hits puberty and can't share space with their opposite sex sibling anymore? Not so great. But only the sibling thing is a dealbreaker. Maybe Dad can sleep upstairs by his son. I am actually impressed. Guess theres no storage, though-- no pantry, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, space to store extra toilet paper, etc. Those are dealbreakers for me.
