Lmao the times are almost over where you can expect employees to grow your business for you... You can't expect people to have an entrepreneurial mindset and not get any fair share of the profit.
What are you basing that on? I have 150+ employees and they are all contributing to the growth of my business. I don't expect them to have an entrepreneurial mindset unless they are a GM or leader sharing in the profits, or are commissioned based sales reps. Not all employees want that kind of variable pay, but still help to grow the business.
