They are insulated and watertight. This one has a gravel floor so I don’t know if I’d call it bug proof

This one has a soffit. You don’t necessarily need them but they do look really nice.

I put up my 30'x40'x10 Adams Truss building over 20 years ago. Other than concrete I did it by myself with an occasional helper. Very pleased with appearance and function. I'd do it again in a heart beat.

From the weight of snow etc, the purlins want to naturally fall off to the lower side, Why wouldnt you put those purlins on the up side of the metal mounts to re-enforce their turning tendencies?

This customer was using some custom foam panels. I believe they were 6inches think
