A good training day, from level 0 to 2784m of altitude.
I started the day with a freestyle windsurfing session at the Rouet beach in La Palme France, then I took the bike to Los Masos de Valmanya with 96km. Then I climbed to the top of the emblematic mountain of Canigou with 23km. For a cumulative effort of 12:32 hours in one day.

Slt Sam, je débute le freestyle et je voudrais savoir si c'était possible de mettre un aileron freestyle sur une exocet cross 114l ( carbone) pour commencer quelques figures de base? je pèse 78kg pour 1m80 et le vent est léger par chez moi. merci d'avance. ( j'ai pensé à un aileron style weed 22 cm)
