From the top of Gyeyangsan Mountain, you could see really far away. I was able to see nearby cities such as Incheon Port, Incheon Airport, Incheon Bridge, Cheongna, Songdo, Bupyeong, Bucheon, Yeouido, Seoul Tower, Lotte Tower, Gimpo Airport, Geomdan, Goyang, Paju, and even North Korea. The 2nd most densely populated neighborhoods in one of the most densely populated countries in the world are much less crowded than their counterparts in foreign cities. It's really amazing.
It looks less crowded because it was probably filmed on a weekday morning. It gets very crowded in the evenings and on weekends!
