You can take all the modern diesel engines with strap-ons you want can't beat a old school mechanical injection. I should also mention the government that makes all the rules doesn't on put that BS on government vehicles that should tell you something.

They're more powerful than previous generations, ecu's, injection, fuel delivery to injectors all evolved gradually over the years. All this pollution nonsense is proved to make them less reliable and as you can imagine, it limits the potential power too, as a higher power engine's components are subjected to more torque, combined with the egr valve depositing sleuth everywhere and dpf subjecting it to a lot of heat doring regeneration, it's a recipe for disaster. A simple solution comes from the fact that everyone involved into this, government, consumers, car manufacturers miss understand the diesel engine. It's not supposed to be used in urban areas. It's great for use in applications where you need to move weight at constant speeds. The particles which are the considered like the devil are not traveling long distances through the atmosphere, the efect is localized and they stand suspended in air for a short period of time after which they fall to the ground. Plain and simple, diesels are supposed to be used on the highway for long trips and hauling cargo, for off road and in rural, not in the city.

Uuhm no u only have to replace the fastest decaying tires if u have fwd the front weels rwd rear weals and yes if u have 4wd all 4 . Ive alwayse done jt this way never any problems whit low traction . I have a fwd car ( like most dutch ppl ) i replace the front weels once a year and the rear once every 2 years

Rite choke the exhaust flow. Is a great idea. Ha! Name one high hp motor. That they haven't removed the def and or all other emissions control devices.

It also works a lot better when you use the correct size wheel for the grinder. That truly is a death trap waiting to happen with that size wheel on it. I can deal with no guard, but not that. Good luck explain that to insurance wand OSHA when you do get hurt with it.

Well I wouldn't think of forced induction as a replacement for displacement, because there is mechanical trade off that is made when an engine is boosted with reliability, and other trade offs in the case of larger single turbos generating turbolag. This then brings up the consideration of twin turbos or bi-turbo configurations to offset this that induces more load on an engine. This also then brings up the consideration is a lower displacement smaller engine better if all you want is power when say a v8 could push power with less modification to the cylinder head, and bottom end to withstand boost. Neither are displacement or forced induction are better since they correlate, and it's why in racing events have rules on regulations to limit both.
