What ever happened to this media wall? They locked me in this seclusion room in 2021 and it was worse than a prison cell. I slept on a dirty, cold, hard wooden surface for days with no mattress, blanket or pillow. Disgusting, vile place with staff goading you through the see through wall. Complain to PALS and they deny everything. Not to mention the amount of women left to menstrate in this seclusion room with no sanitary products offered to them while they bleed through the rip proof clothes they were forcefully stripped naked into. Vile scum

You need carbs in your diet, the keto diet is not sustainable. That's why I tried the Agoge diet and it worked great for me.
I'm gonna try it 🍓
I'm happy to give it a go!
Most people eat way too many carbs anyway. And what happens to carbs when energy isnt used to burn them. Off. Since being in Australia my diet has been high protein and very low carb. Cholesterol and blood pressure lower. About same weight but less fat more muscle. Carbs take a long time to burn off as energy.
The only diet that worked for me is the *Agoge diet* ? All others were difficult to adhere to and I felt horrible Copy

How much?
My son has been placed in here this is a disgrace they should all have them
Good idea, they had the same in HMP Lewes Healthcare, a lot of time spent in cell on Healthcare it isn't fair to be banged up with a mental health condition 23 hours a day with the mind often in turmoil. So these packs are a good idea. - well done to the nursing staff here other prisons should follow suit.
Dementia is horrid , I feel sorry for my grandma who had it , I also feel sorry for other people who have it!.
Fantastic poem. Such a talented man. Makes me very proud to be a nurse and proud that I work for the same organisation as him.
