DR AR Nasir please i have one query . I came here three years back on student visa with my 2 years old son and my husband. We were dependant but after one year my husband got skilled worker visa as an engineer, but i opted for post graduate visa rather than becoming dependant of my husband. Me and my son are now on PSW visa . The care home company where i am working from last 1 years offering me sponsorship . My question is can i make my son my dependant on care worker visa. He was my dependant from last three years can i still make him my dependant. I am really confused after changes in rule .
