I ride on this bus to elementary school
Those things really feel good cause it feels so comfortable You guys have to try it out Guys guys
I've been on those I see internationals those teams are heck I've been on those icy internationals those teams are heck of a Cadillacof
I have 18 2023 CEs with less than 30,000KM each. With all your talk of quality please tell me why these buses are literally falling apart. We have gone through four Allison transmissions, Every PSI engine is nothing but a big lump of trouble, oil pan gaskets, rear main seals, wrong spec fuel injectors, repeated stalling etc etc. We have had a roof hatch, frame and all, come off in service. Alarmingly we have had a front bumper just fall off on the road, in service. The new version of hydraulic brakes are deadly bad. The drive-line parking brake is a bad joke. I don't quite know where to start with the electrical issues. I guess the funniest yet irritating is the tendency for the stop sign and cross gate to just operate on their own, no student lights involved. The entry handrails pull away with the strength of a child. One bus had the second entry step come completely loose, it was held in by only the caulk. We have had to add steel structure under the stairs to stabilize them. The part of the video on the "new" windows is hilarious. We have a special "pet" prybar in the shop so we can close them after a hot day. On a rainy day the kids complain of being rained on from the roof leaks INSIDE the bus. It seems that IC Bus is the land based version of Boeing. Shoot a coat of yellow, get it out the factory door and hope for the best.
O ride no2t bus I be helpful bus driver
3:59 I never noticed until now that IC used the old logo on the second-gen CEs, whereas the third-gen CEs feature the current IC logo.
whay dose the bus look like that 🤨
scary 😢
um ic bus?
University is the place where they teach everything about to do education for children. Yet university itself is a place that sucks at actually doing education. University sucks for adults to go to university.
no more ic bus
go away ic bus now!!
go away ic bus go away!!
Nice 🎉
0:18 Hi Florida
My district here in Virginia just auctioned off the majority of its older Navistar buses. I currently drive a 2018 mode I’ve had since brand new. I’ve loved it, & I can’t wait to drive this new generation IC
I miss the conway plant
RIP 2nd gen CE 2005-2024
RIP Maxxforce DTs 2009-2015
I also like Maxxforce and Cummins 6.7
@@MaxxforceDT they didn't run well.
2nd Gen was nice. Third Gen no one wants it.
@@WilliamHollinger2019 True but they sounded good
CUMMINS is supposed to have a gasoline and natural gas version of the 6.7 later this year.

I used too love you as a bus manufacturer but now you gotta go. Volkswagen deal was a bad move now international is going to be rebranded as vw trucks of America. I don't mind ev in city but in countryside good luck. Propane was a good option you removed it.
When will 3rd gen production start?
With this economy never and people will go on strike.
I drive only IC schoolbuses and I refuse to drive anything else because I feel like my bus was built for me. I feel safe and comfortable behind the wheel. Visibility and everything is perfect except for a few minor things likes the fact that they take an eternity to have heat, lack of heated seats and lack of speakers near the driver. Not everyone wants to listen to music at 6:30 am. The kids are not compl😅awake yet 😅. Besides that like I said it's perfect, I even told my boss that if he doesn't have an IC on site for me, i'm going home 😂. I ADORE MY BIG YELLOW TWINKY 😂
Is this 2025 school bus
What’s the the release date for this bus
some school districts have already ordered it and had it delivered so i believe it was released a month ago
@@themarylandman1475 then why is there no bus ride video for this bus
@@OliverHudadatov probably soon
@@themarylandman1475 when
Please come back to Conway
The three things I would change about this bus are to make the aggressive styling inherited from the MV more subdued and to go back to the three piece windshield. The rear of the bus is a heavy contrast to the redesigned front end and still looks kind of dated. I would kind of resolve this by having the rear roof bit slope upward like what IC did to the front of the AE and having the taillights be these smaller horizontal lights as standard like what they did on the late generation IC RE. On the other hand, I worry that the front of the bus might be too intimidating for young children as opposed to the older design from 2005 which kind of has an okay design. I feel like they should have designed the new hood around a modernized version of the 3800 one or even the one on the HV. Also, I like where IC was going with the new curved windshield, but its kind of harder to get the single piece from an aftermarket dealer. I feel like a flatter windshield could've been more of a cost saving measure as you can get the glass replaced anywhere, but not the curved one. This is just my own opinion, and i know IC wouldn't modify the design for a while.
I would love to see navistar build their own diesel engine again. One that’s actually reliable like the max force dt
We don’t and we won’t ever have the infrastructure for this to ever work in the real world. You’ll have to build a new power plant in every city these fleets operate in because they will draw more power than the city itself!! There’s several places in America that will not allow charging stations to be built because they would put such a massive strain on the electric grid!! It’s not up for debate. This tech will never work. Unless you like rolling blackouts like they’re having in California due to electric vehicles being charged and a lack of electric generating capacity!!
Keep your diesel or gas fleets and don’t buy this garbage.
So sad to see that even schools think these ev busses are good for the environment when in reality their way worse for the environment than their diesel buses are.
These are way worse for the environment than a diesel bus ever dreamed of being even with black smoke rolling out the tailpipe
2:17
AYO wtf
Was i the first or second one here?
I am one of the BIGGEST IC fans out there. This new CE is a step backward. The second generation, (05-24) was a VERY ergonomic design, easy to read switches, and one of the easiest buses to drive. The look didnt really age and they looked similar to Carpenter bus bodies. Very disappointed, and we are loosing a great product which didnt need to be changed.
Is it possible to use a hydraulic brake system in such bus?
You forced me to resign while on FMLA which is Illegal, while there you ran three metal containers of yellow paint that was not EPA compliant with Federal Standards you owe me back pay and sick leave and if not you will have my lawyer in house OSHA contacting you shortly signed Christina Louise King since 2012 or 2013

I hope I see these buses in Canada This new design I really like even after seeing it on CZcams And in pictures I want to drive one when I get my Class C licence in Ontario
What?
Customers don't want any of this. She's a shill for the globalist climate "change" industrial complex. And taxpayers are being forced to finance this fantasy.
Electric is better because it is quiet and better for the environment
Electric runs on fossil fuels.
@@AltRockLover no it doesn’t
@@Conservatives_2025all the power that is consumed to charge these electric things come from fossil fuels. All the effort and energy used to manufacture these electric things consumed fossil fuels. The material used came from fossil fuels. Look how these electric vehicles are doing in the cold up north. This is a huge failure.
@@Conservatives_2025Google "where does the majority of electricity come from"
@@Conservatives_2025Electric vehicles are charged with power generated by burning natural gas and coal here in the United States ! So yes your electric vehicle isn’t doing anything positive for the environment while making a massive footprint with the mines used to mine the lithium for the batteries. Not to mention the huge diesel trucks that mine the ore! What fantasy land do you live in? I can’t stick my head that far up my own ass!
Cuckoo and quail
I myself used to be a bus driver for public transport but I am now working for the government
I am taking to our school district to sell all of the old ones and get the new bus and it gets cold here in Canada and the old buses doors don’t close all the way so then it gets cold for the kids
