Hello, Cultist of Khorne, have you tried the selling off Shang-Wu and getting it back in 6-7 turns for even more extra gold?

I'm on turn like 190 with archaeon and it's still too fun to quit. Have some 40 territory vassals. Have all the chaos LLs except sigvald and valkia and I think I'll have both in the next few turns. Kholek, a nurgle daemon prince and a slanesh daemon prince took out Cathay and have gone through the sea portal to lustria and are just razing it all. Archaeon, tznitch and a glut of daemon princes are running through the empire while azazel and some fresh armies March towards the dark elves. Funny enough, alot of the good aligned factions died early and it's been a big evil fight all over the world.

My mistake when i first started playing was being too defensive and trying to expand like you would any other faction. With chaos you just want to sack or raze everything and just move without a purpose. No goals except ceaseless war

It did not show a single battle. understandable or the video would be too long, but I would like to learn and see how you won manually those battles, particularly the ones the AR indicates you would suffer a decisive defeat.

I saw the video where a guy got ultimate victory at turn 8. Took him 7 turns to reach Averland and from there he went to Kislev. Back to the empire, to Bretonia, to ulthuan, to naggaroth, caos wastes, mountains of mourn an finally to zharr naggrund in one turn.

dark elves should be much higher, especially after the chaos dwarf dlc. that dlc improved their slave mechanic and gave them an option to insta build buildings with slaves. this allows you to recruit shades much sooner then previously possible, and shades can carry you straight into the late game without any issues

I love hochland scopes. I feel like i only get like 4 opportunities to recruit them per game. How many turns before the hero/lord pool re rolls over

I absolutely love master engineer lords, and they have pretty much made hunts marshall generals. Getting a steam tank mount with essentially 3 forms of attack (grenade launcher, main cannon, auxillary steam cannon. 4 it you count the mass and running things over. Plus the pigeon bomb is free and has infinite uses

I want to hear from people who say Kislev is strong. The problem with their hybrid units is that they suck at melee and ranged. Their monsters suck, cavalry is mediocre except for bear cav, magic is kinda good but that’s all.

TIL you can stop your lords from running 5 miles from a settlement after razing it.

Playing the empire as if it is fall of the samurai or napoleon is completely viable now, and IMO, the best way to play them, i think they are the best faction right now. Nuln ironsides are by far my favorite unit.

I used to enjoy playing with the empire before but i was very frustated from the fact that they had alot mehcanics that are alot out of the players power and more on the luck mostly the elector count mechanic .Waiting for this mechanic out of luck to trigger and after all the things you had to make to make this tokens and be lucky confedarating before the factions dying is was even more painful to have the penalties of the confederations .

On the off chance anyone sees this and knows: When I try to reproduce some of this, I sometimes raze a settlement and end up losing a lot of movement due to being in the zone of control of the settlement. If I have another army occupy, I suddenly can move Skarbrand very far, but otherwise, he can barely go anywhere. Is there a way to avoid this?

I’ve always loved the empire especially the late game. But as long as TWWR been out only played empire dwarves vam coast and elves 😂😂😂 oh I’ve tried brettonia and wood elves.

For Karl Franz and lady of death, they're both awesome! Better than before! HOWEVER! cult of signar and the other heroes are kinda frustrating 😑 especially the cult of sigmar which i was trying to get the ball rolling with them.

Elspeth is absurdly efficient in earlt game, with her I got the 80+ Empire control in less than 35 turns.. Gelt is even more powerful but it takes more time for him to shine due to his Cathay start

Again your viewpoint is a elite player base. Thanks to this DLC i had my first successful Empire campaigns. It's more clear what to do now. 😊

I think the game as a whole is too easy. Play your first battles well and you can start autoresolving from t10. Regardless of faction/lord (I dont have SoC/ToD)
