Paper over People: A Societal Failure
I know that the subjects I'm addressing could be seen as controversial. I understand that there is no easy fix for a societal problem that we've dealt with for decades. The issue in trying to bring up is that just because a problem seems difficult to fix, that doesn't mean you make no attempt to fix it. I'd love to hear feedback, and your point of view!

How's the work out been going? would love an update!
With it being almost 2 years since we both initially started all this, I wanted you to know that I've started this back up again. I stopped in February 2015 mainly down to the cold and foot pain but I have a lot of time on my hands this summer and so I'm beginning the cycle again Went out this morning and I wasn't a bad as I thought it would be and it brought back a strange sense of nostalgia that I have of this time. I'm also going to do the gallon challenge again after we know how much fun that was last time (*sigh* haha). Just wanted to let you know, hope you're doing good Colton.

I first started gaming on a ps1 playing Rayman and Bugs Bunny Lost In Time. My biggest gaming phase was also on MW2. I'd get home after school and me and four friends would play that and Skate 2 every day. That was an awful lot of fun
It's crazy isn't it? In the UK we're having some of the hottest days we've had in a couple of years and although I don't think we're having a drought in the slightest, in southern England, I'm in the North, they have massive floods every couple of years. I think the last big one happened on Christmas day 2 years ago.
MW2 was my first CoD, but MW3 was the first one I owned at launch, and put thousands of hours, hundreds of days. The DLC for MW3 is my favorite DLC out of all the CoDs.

This is like a new season of a tv show you love. So much stuff has changed, some of it good some bad, but you're extremely excited it's back for now. I've also been running every Saturday since March after a short break, you're what made me start so it sucks to see you having problems.

Awesome video. My motivation was mainly due to you and Wings doing the weight loss videos. I always realised that I was overweight but was never terribly big. However, when I started pre season training in Rugby and we'd always get told to do extra exercise, I'd always say that I would but I never actually did. I was tired of being the last person to finish all the runs and exercises we did and realised I jus needed to start.
At some point you realize that doing something everyday will add up over time :D I am glad you've gotten something out of these vids

I fell i few years ago when i was out running in the woods. The path i ran on was course gravel and i fucked up my knee pretty badly. After i landed i lied there on the ground for a good minute or two and tought "how the fuck did this happen?" When i went back to school everyone thought i had been attacked by a wild animal or something...
That moment of laying there and then looking around is a pretty magical enlightening experience

I'm looking forward to this format, you've got more to say because I felt there were some days where nothing happened. Also, they're going to be more laid back so you're not as pressured to make the videos. Hopefully this will lead to even better content.

Glad for the update and it's good that you've been honest. I bet you regret not running because you end up regressing to where you first started so quickly, I know that happened to me over Christmas.
I actually didnt regress in weight almost any, however I felt pretty terrible, but I am back with it

Hey Colton, sorry I dropped off the radar there for a long time. I used to watch and comment on every video, but things got really hectic for me in real life, and I aslo started doing P90X. I reccommend it for you. It will put in muscle underneath any weight you lose from it. The first week was really hard, but after the first month I felt amazing. Wether you do it or not, glad to see a video from you.
Great job! C25K definitely works - it gives you a manageable ramp up to some serious running. I lost over 40lb and ran a half marathon after about the same length of time. Hope you keep it up!
