I really love how the end has the TARDIS trying to escape the swirling vortex but ends up getting swallowed by it as the episode title comes into frame. Very creative and an excellent sequence all around!

I genuinely think this is better than what we ended up getting for the 60th, absolute kudos

Dude as an Emmy nominated 23 year field veteran pro visual effects artist, the only reason I’m giving notes is because I deemed this worthy of attention. Fan made dw title sequences are usually noble friendly efforts you’re happy that people are being creative about but I just look for the gems and go next next next… Two I really liked became the basis for Capaldi and Whiater. Notes: I have minor notes about the timing and pacing. Pacing and timing is an exercise in patience with most of these. Timing in the opening “planar vortex bit” before transitioning to the main vortex is perfect, the logo fly in reveal and using that to smoothly pan 180 degrees to have the logo fly out is very well done. The only major I’m saying this is not a suggestion do it is the last third before writer episode credit drags and could be cut substantially shorter. I know the feeling of not wanting something you love to end. That’s timing notes. Visual notes, your first third is so good the only thing to ready it for broadcast is more small power detail, less clipping highlights, and a more defined transition between the first part and the main vortex. The main vortex looks great. No criticism for your look there. The logo animation and timing is great. Colors are too similar to the main vortex and not complementary and it being transparent looks like screen mode where it needs to be a solid presence of it’s own distinct color. Timing and animation wise leave as is. The last third which isn’t even a hard transition the vortex just gets more narrow and sparse… Maybe the only time I’ll suggest the Chibnall era (Loved Jodie hated the writing) is having the last third stay with that vortex design but accelerate to writer credit climax. Only suggesting because I love it.
