That's a long walk

It isn’t really a house i would buy for 1,367m around 500k but not in the millions as this house doesn’t have a lot.

I think they did a great job for the space they were given. That said the space they were given was extra long and on the narrow side.

The wealthy understand that there’s a lot of tools in the toolbox when it comes to financing a purchase! Here are a few of the ones I see leveraged most often by the wealthy: 1. DSCR loans -DSCR stands for Debt Service Coverage Ratio, and it’s a favorite among investors and business owners who don’t have a traditional W-2 style tax return. Conventional loans want your tax returns and debt to income ratios to fit inside a nice, neat box, if yours don’t then DSCR loans are here to fix that problem! These creative loans are based around the property’s ability to generate income & offset its costs, and the more capable a property is as a rental home, the higher your loan amount can be. 2. ARMs -ARMs, or Adjustable Rate Mortgages, are a great way to keep your carrying cost low during the current high interest rate climate. The basic principle of an ARM is that your interest rate is fixed at a low rate, such as 5.75% instead of today’s averages of 7-8% interest rates, for a certain period of time (generally 5, 7, or 10 years). After this introductory period, then your rate can float (or “adjust”) up based on what the current interest rate climate is doing. These loans are usually for 20 or 30 year terms, but most savvy buyers use them to keep their interest rate low with the intention of refinancing or selling their property before the introductory period rate lock expires and their rate becomes adjustable. Smart buyers refinance once rates go down while avoiding the fray as that rate drops cause as competition/demand for houses goes up. 3. Interest only loans -an interest only loan is exactly what it sounds like, your monthly mortgage is based off paying only the interest and not paying down your principle. Similar to an ARM, these are generally 30 year fixed loans, but you pay only the interest for the introductory period, usually 5 or 10 years. This can greatly reduce your monthly carry cost AND greatly increase your cash flow on an investment property, these are especially useful if you plan on holding your investment less than 10 years.

Who else has been drained by these kind of folks?!🙋🏻‍♂️ It can be so tiring trying to please people when we don’t realize that they don’t have our best interest at heart. Unfortunately many people in life pursue their own selfish interests above all else and are happy to tear you down if they perceive your success as a threat to their own success. Find the people who speak truth IN LOVE to you❤️ you need those people in your corner.
