80s kid here - from digger (I'm still waiting for the movie..) and alleycat (amazing soundtrack) to Larry trying to buy condoms at the local pharmacy (PERVERT!). One game I didn't see here was the incredible and expansive Star Control 2 - so many hours spent on that wonderful game.

I had high hopes for TMNT on PC, but it was a big disappointment. We had an NES but it was hooked to the only television we had. So I thought on PC was a great alternative. The turtles themselves looked like ass and the framerate was eyewateringly bad. Consoles had an edge over PC gaming, but that would all change in the late 90s as it turned out not only a smooth framerate determines a great game
