So we got an initial clean on the WJ, and then we jumped right into figuring out the electrical issue.

Testing the WeBoost!!

Tag along as i install some very large Aux Beam 9 inch offroad lights and relocate the KC lights to pillar mounts. All this is in preparation for the FAT (Florida Adventure Trail)

Day 1 of AT Trail Magic - Weather is bad, so we decided to hang out at the cabin and see if any through hikers come by. Got to talk with the new owners of Gorgeous Stays (Scott and Wendy). Listened to their plans with the hostel, and shared stories of so,e through hikers. Look for part 2 where we do a tour of the Lodge and hopefully get to get Scott and Wendy on camera!

Just a short video of one of the approach trails at Uwharrie National forest in Troy, NC. This trail has some small technical areas but overall is a pretty easy trail. BEGINNER FRIENDLY

Looking forward to future upgrades/repairs to the WJ. Keep doing your videos, you are getting better and better and your content is improving. You should be home from the Florida Adventure Trail soon, so looking forward to those videos after the WJ completion. Know your Jeep partner had a great time.
If you have ever had add diff fluid you know the struggle sometimes with the bulky bottles and makeshift hoses to get it in there. They really hit the mark with the bag! 😂 Where was that idea 20 years ago?

Dude, you got to use a flashlight or something so we can see in the dark. WJ is really coming along. Finish the WJ, then start posting the FAT, then your next adventure. Looking for more angles in your videos. Put those six gopros and that 360 to use hombre. Piano solo to cover the noise or the dermal; clever and sorta of funny.
Very interesting the way you diagnosed the issues and then grabbed a replacement (one equals zero and two equals one) plus a spare. Saved a trip to a dealership and saved you some jingle in your pocket. Hey, I didn’t see the windows go down????? You messing with us?

Glad you started using a wireless microphone. That Jeep is going to be sweet but don’t forget who is going to use it as a daily driver. There has to be a way to determine how many engine hours on that motor. I bet your Dad told you those were not engine miles but tow miles. :)😂
Snorkel it!!!
You’ll also see a difference if you drive a bit and then stop. Remember, for the Weboost to work, you have to have at least one bar. The optimum distance from your phone to the internal antenna is like three ft or so. As long as it’s on the dash and your phone in the front seats, the distance is ok. If you contact weboost tech support, they’ll send you a break down of the menu and what each setting is.
Learned some new things today; always use the right tool and have a box of old rags to clean up the mess. No, seriously I enjoyed watching the shade tree mechanic doing the repair vice taking it to a shop. I think when we can do our own repairs and upgrades we just appreciate our stuff more. I know you are getting a microphone (didn't think the audio was that bad) and your videos are improving. Think about using some of those other GOPROs to give us different angles. Looking forward to more videos and following you on the Florida Adventure Trail.

Like the additional lights. Going to make riding the trails late at night a breeze.
Not sure that is enough light. Pretty sure the ISS can't see you. Since your dog is named Chesty and you being a former Marine, he's named after Chesty Puller. Those lights are not massive, it's your head that is massive. Looks good. Be nice to that jeep.

Whoa now. Lets be easy on the i dont listen to buy a reliable car. I have reliability in numbers. When you own 5 cars one of them is bound to start and have a good transmission. Hi there by the way, im the dumb brother that pushes everything too hard and blows through transmissions. Yes i am unfortunately getting way better at them than i ever wanted. Hope to make it on the channel soon and take yall on some good trails out here in CO
Interesting. I had read a minimum distance of 3' was needed between antennas. Now that you have it moved, I would call weBoost and speak to a tech on how to check signal strength. Don't rely on the idiot meter on your iphone. WeBoost with walk you through a few basic steps that allow you to check the true strength of your weboost. You'll run the test with the weboost off then again with it on. Are you considering a video on your FM radio installation? Keep up the videos, it's nice to get a new one each week.
