How Hyperbaric Oxygen Helps the Body Heal - Yale Medicine Explains
No one scans before depression! No one is ethically screening for all infectious sources including lLyme diseases and other infections. No one is scanning for post concussion/TBI damage which can be treated in hyperbaric oxygen. there are as many different sources of depression as there are different causes of amputation.
If you always thinking depressed thoughts, then you are always going to be depressed. Now i am not a doctor or a therapist. But my advice is to not feed your negative thoughts, instead when a negative thought comes up, try to think about something fun or do something you enjoy. Try to cut that negative thought before it becomes bigger than it needs to be.

I went - almost - clean 16 months ago, and started eating - mostly - only whole foods, no sugar, nothing processed, and started exercising 4-5 times a week. I fall off the wagon around every 4 months, for one night at a time. I find that when I break the diet and eat some crappy food, I start craving ciggarettes and alcohol and drugs! I can't even eat some white rice without wanting to get droned!
I strongly recommend you to try mushrooms it's psychedelics treatment for depression when taken with a guide , saved me from years of depression and anxiety when I lost my family in a car accident I'll refer long term mycologists
I was able to acquire mushrooms, dmt, lsd, edible etc

I've only had 2 migraines in my life. 1st one I was only able to turn my head to throw up. The 2nd one I was able to fall asleep when I woke it was mostly gone. I would have never functioned while having one. I see many with what they say is a migraine I just can't understand how they can go about their business.

This is actually horrible and I'm shocked that this is coming from Yale an institution that is supposed to be considered advanced. Autistic people are EVERY WHERE announcing that this whole eye contact isnt healthy for them, why are we still pushing it while ignoring them????!

Psychedelics have the ability to induce profound altered states of consciousness.
True, it helped me in facilitating deep emotional processing and introspection.

Much respect and kudos for making a youtube video. That said, 90% of the information contained therein is misleading bullshit. Sorry, kid. You're not "The one."
"The PROBLEM is that addictive substances hijack our natural reward system..." Wrong again. "The problem is that governments and societies hijack our natural reward system." There, now we are getting somewhere.
So, uh.....My cat won't eat food that it smells and decides the food is dangerous. So, following that logic.... If a human smokes crack, and the brain finds it to be safe to ingest....Well, why would that happen? Humans are more highly evolved than animals, right? So....there must be so me kind of benefit. That's my logic, and I am happy to hear counter arguments. Crack cocaine, and cocaine, I never found to be rewarding enough to keep doing. I prefer crystal meth by FAR, as well as nicotine. Don't really enjoy alcohol or marijuana that much, but I LOVE the smell and taste of certain types of coffee. All that being said, it seems to me that most of the research I have done has returned bullshit results when it comes to addiction. Be well.

I think that the most important thing is for parents to realise that your kid don’t need to communicate or do something in a certain way. The best thing in my opinion would be to teach all kids that communication can look different. Like as long as the person is listening is eye contact really that important? Do you need to seek out contact with others if you don’t want to? If stimming helps you concentrate or feel better should you really be pushed to refrain from it? We don’t need to learn how to act “normal” we need the people around us to understand and accept that our way of communicating is a bit different but it’s still valid communication. One of us don’t need to change instead we can both make an effort to meet halfway and find a communication that works for us(neurodivergent and neurotypical). Like among the many verbal languages out there there are also sign language and things like art and common interests that you can use to communicate with someone. It’s a bit weird to me that we seem to think that there are right and wrong ways to communicate. Isn’t it better to teach kids in school that there are many different ways of doing things and then support them if they wish to try different forms of communication with each other?
Man migraines suck! I'm lucky as I only get them very rarely and if I catch them early and treat them they don't get bad. Sometimes coffee and hot sauce (very hot like Carolina reaper sauce) is enough to help constrict my blood vessels enough and stop the pain. If not then I have to use Excedrin which seems to be the only OTC medication that actually works for me.
Most of the people are addicted to the phones and social how can i stop these
My migraine happens bc of the temperature its very hit like 38/41 thats why i have mirganes
I have had aura migraine all my life but one thing that helped me and helped my mum too. As soon as I see the flashing lights I take my regular headache tablets (Panadol Extra) then I have 2 tea spoons of sugar and drink a pint of water. When the flashing lights go I don’t get the severe pain and sickness like I would normally do. I still feel groggy and need to lay down but it is so much easier to cope with. I hope that helps someone on here. 😊
I love these videos.
I have suffer of migraines for 13 years, one thing that helped me was to stop eating gluten. Even if you don’t have gluten sensitivity you can benefit from it. I hope this can help someone. Of course talk to your doctor to see if this is the right thing for you.
How and why should the populace trust and respect medicine and the authority of doctors anymore when the Obesity rate is as high as it is? Why did our medical authority figures allow this to happen in the first place given how dangerous it is. Why is combating it not your chief priority now?
If we include all the people having so called "clinical depression", which is a term for doctors to sell you meds, which is 6weeks or more of so called depressed state when really it's nothing but a seasonal sadness caused by overwhelming things, Then 50% of population would be considered previous depression patients. Where severe depression, which is 2years or longer of continuous depressed state, is truly what should be considered a depression. A long term mental illness that medications won't even help. The reason why antidepressants are considered helpful is because the people who take them don't even have depression. They don't have a long term inflammation in the brain, unlike long term depressed people. If truly 30% of population have a disabling depression, the society won't even be able to function. All the people saying this is the most common disability in the world is because all of the patients we're falsely diagnosed. If you were only just depressed and can get out of it in a few months, it's not depression.
