    Can i make a zoom call if connected via bluetooth with a desktop or laptop?

    • @AudioInsideScoop
      @AudioInsideScoop Před 5 dny

      If you have any Bluetooth speaker with a microphone connected, you should be able to select it as your mic source and speaker source within zoom or within your audio settings. That said, audio quality will be similar to a phone or laptop so, if you're looking to improve the quality of the record, I would lean more towards an external mic as opposed to a speaker. :)

      Funniest part about this comment is you thinking I am actually paid. I wish. I'm pretty far in the negatives with this channel -- going out of pocket for all costs associated. I'm making these to help and because I enjoy the products. 0 money whatsoever and I have paid full price for both of these speakers. Anyways...that said...I do mic them up and play them as well but it's a separate video. This one/this style is a first impression and me testing for a review and giving my thoughts. If you want to hear the speakers (kinda/through a mic/over the internet)---check out my "Hear with me segments." You can listen along and compare there.

    I really tried hard to like this speaker. Just disappointed. Bro you lie!! I am returning mine. I could not believe at louder volume the speaker is actually trash because it gives up highs to perform lows and it sounds horrible! At this price it should not sound unbalanced all the time when you want it louder. Save your time everybody and don’t buy this the groove XXL is way better and I am keeping that one.

    I was in the market for a Nashville when I found your channel. The Austin would be great to take golfing with friends or in my pack when I am out for the day but do not have room for a larger portable speaker. I bought a Klipsch soundbar several years ago and when I heard they were finally entering the portable speaker game it made me super excited, as I felt the only options the last few years were Marshalls and JBLs.

    Klipsch generally have great sound and depth. They do lack integrating the low frequencies (not the case with the ProMedia 2.1), this was my observation with the Nashville too - good, crisp, loud sound but it doesn't integrate the lows as well as I would like to. Woohoo! nice! I'm super excited to be getting a JBL Clip! And my handle is from a 7th grade English class assignment where we had to write a fictional story. My friend wanted to use names from the class but the teacher said he couldn't. So, he changed up our names but everyone knew who each character was anyway. It is pronounced Jam-eh-thaw-gunny. I guess if I win the Austin I would pack it with me in my backpack. The Detroit is a bit hard to carry around (though I did strap it to the bottom of my backpack on a family outing and got a couple compliments on it)

      @@MaddyIndia it's really nice. I took it camping with the extended family and it lasted for several hours a day over the 3 days. My mother-in-law liked it and wants one now too. The clarity of the sound is great and the ability to adjust the EQ is a nice touch. I like audiobooks and in the past I haven't really liked using BT speakers because with male narrator voices it can sound too boomy, making it hard to understand, but choosing the voice EQ clears it up on the Detroit.

    You should have compared the JBL Flip 6 to the Ortizan X30 instead of the X10, it's a much better speaker! I purchased an Ortizan X30 off Tenmu for only $40 and it's larger than the JBL Flip6 (7" X 2.6" X 2.8") where the X30 is (8.6" X 3.34") also it has built in multicolored LED lights not just surrounding the passive subs but up and down and around the speaker with 3 different modes to chose from and it even has white LED lights where the speakers are that flash with the music thru the grill. it even has 3 EQ modes and everything can be controlled thru the speaker, play/pause, skip/reverse volume up/down, LED light control and it can take calls and use voice assistant plus it is also waterproof. Also where the Flip 6 only has Bluetooth 5.1 the X30 has Bluetooth 5.3, in addition the Flip 6 only puts out 30watts where the X30 puts out 50watts! The X30 also includes a lanyard making it easy to carry around and it also has a Micro SD Card slot, a 3.5mm headphone jack and a USB-A for a thumdrive all of which you can play music thru if you don't want to use Bluetooth. Another advantage is the X30 has 30 hours of playtime where the Flip 6 only has 12 hours of playtime. When I got my Ortizan X30 and heard how good it sounds I immediately bought a second one so that I could hook them together to play True Wireless Stereo Mode, with both speakers paired together and playing simultaneously it provides 3D Stereo Surround Sound which sounds amazing especially when you set one speaker to the right and one to the left! Overall I am totally satisfied with them and the crystal clear sound and deep bass they put out! I definitely think the X30 outdoes the Flip 6 and at less than 1/3 the price, even buying 2 it still cost less than a single Flip 6. Also my best friend has a JBL Extreme 2 which cost $250 and even at that price it only has a totaly of 40watts of power, less than the 50watts of the X30 plus half the playtime at 15 hours compared to the X30's 30 hours. Plus I could buy 6 Ortizan X30's for the price of 1 JBL Extreme 2. I will admit that the JBL Extreme 2 has the Ortizan X30 beat in bass given it's larger subs. However as far as sound quality it can't beat 2 X30's hooked together for 3D Stereo Surround Sound. That said even though I love my X30's I am still a huge JBL fan and have their 9.1 Wireless Dolby Atmos Surround Sound Bar which sounds absolutely amazing!

      @AudioInsideScoop Před měsícem

      Thanks for the input and thanks for watching! We may look into comparing the X30 as well. Seemed like this one was the comparable option to the Flip where the X30 seems more like its going after the Charge tier based on size and footprint. Didn't have too many requests or much interest in the ortizans though so, it may be a while before I can get back to covering those.

    The quality and fidelity of the Klipsch is so tangible you could reach and pluck those sweet sound waves through the air…and I bet they taste like freshly baked cinnamon rolls. In the Skunk Lips song, the guitar strums and vocals have so much richness to them while hearing from the Detroit compared to the Extreme. Honestly I am super impressed. Really appreciate how responsive you are in the comments and getting your hands on the latest equipments. How is the latency during video playback/movies when using a pair of Nashvilles in True Wireless Stereo mode? It's something that I haven't been able to find information on, but I suspect the extra processing would induce a noticeable delay, that would be a deal breaker for me. If I'm in search for sound quality and prioritises a wider sound stage over deep bass (I'd prefer a tight, snappy bass as opposed to a boomy one) mainly for the living room but may occasionally require portability, would you recommend a pair of Nashvilles on TWS or a solo Detroit (I think quite a few others have a similar question it'd be worth looking into)? It would be amazing, could even be the first on the internet, if you could do a direct comparison between the popular Nashville(s), Emberton II(s) and Soundlink Flex(s) (ahem, Tribits) in solo and paired mode, and how you think a pair might stack up against their larger, stereo, siblings. Cheers for the insightful review as always.

      Thanks for watching and for the input! Don't get me wrong, I love the Detroit but, the Nashville is probably my favorite in the line. Bass does seem to be a bit tighter, love the 360 sound, and the portability is huge. Not quite pocket sized but, can def go anywhere with ya. As for the latency, long as it's a later gen source, you shouldn't be an issue. I do have plans to compare to marshall, as well as several others here in the near future. Stay tuned :)

    The klipsch battery is kinda meh. How’s the battery life compared to the JBL extreme3 ?

      Honestly depends on use case. If you're full volume constant, either one will have rough battery and both will be better the more conservative you are. Honestly, I think the Klipschs tend to be a bit better but only slightly. For the most part fairly similar.

    I am torn. Two of Nashvilles paired up as a stereo OR One of The Detroit?

      There are perks to both. I would tend to lean more towards the two Nashvilles as, it's a portable speaker so, portability is a huge factor. Nashville can toss in a bag where...Detroit has to be carried like a bag. Will mostly come down to personal preferences and use case though. What works best for you. Drop a comment when you decide and let me know either wah.:)

    This is awesome effort! Good job bro, to me Klipsch is the clear winner even though it sounds a bit muffled but it has really good high's and a good reproduction of the audio.
