Hello sir. I bought one of your PS3010H Power Supplies to control a 12VDC 19W submersible water pump. Using Ohms Law I divided 19 by 12 to come up with 1.6 Amps of Current. I followed your instructions like this. Without connecting the power supply to anything I turned the PS3010H on and adjusted the voltage to 12v. I shorted the red & black output wires and adjusted the Current to 1.6Amps. I then connected the red output wire to the corresponding red input of the pump. I did the same with with the black wires. When I turned the power supply ON with the pump connected the Voltage reads 9.2VDC and the Current reads 1.6 Amps. The unit has been running the pump for about an hour and the voltage is 9.75VDC and the current is 1.557Amps. Why doesn’t the voltage read 12VDC? I also purchased a second of your PS3010H power supplies and two more submersible pumps and the power supply shows the exact same voltage of 9.72-9.76 volts. It never shows the 12volts that I set up initially. Am I doing something wrong? Andy

Andy,Take a look at the status of the display light on the panel at this time. It is estimated to be in the CC state (of course, generally speaking, the current should be set larger to avoid entering the CC state). Also, the water pump logo is a range, not an exact value (the pump is an inductive load)
