HI I am Rob a soldier in The Salvation Army in Australia. I am also a member of The Salvation Army Motorcycle Ministry. This channel is a mix showing what the Mid-North Coast of NSW has to offer, and with the help of my wife Roxy we try to spread hope where ever we can, and doing it all on 2 wheels. I am also a veteran of the Australian Army.
End of Winter
It is the last day of winter it.s hot we are sweating. But we need to raise hope. We ride to Coffs Harbour, visit North Coast VTwins and have lunch with friends that are leaving the area. Then get a refreshing iced coffee.

Roxy and I meet up with a few members of the mid north coast Harley owner group (HOG) for a social ride to The Idle Inn cafe at Nana Glen for a coffee. then we cruise on to the pacific hwy at Halfway creek. then down to the Woolgoolga Headlands before heading to The Woolgoolga RSL for lunch. we leave to go visit friends on holidays at Redrock. we make it home just after dark.

Pulled up? Booked . Why? Poker Runs are not about speed. Poker runs are about getting to a destination for a card a chat and a drink etc. Why are there idiots on the Run? Surely the basis of the run and the nature of it is fully explained first. If that happens they need to have an announcement and discussion at the next stop. Hate idiots Good amount of kms for the day. Hoglights. I put them on my Dyna Fat Bob. Great vision

Thanks bloke, my young son hasn’t had anything to do with me since he was 19. He would be 41 now. Days like today are still a little difficult. On a different note I had a mate back in the late ‘70’s from Nambucca heads, a pastor Phill Hannaford , he went back to Nambucca in the early’80’s. He road with us at the time. Christ Crusaders club. A top bloke, I don’t suppose you have come across him in the area? Ride safe. Hooroo.

Its a policy, and NOT the law seen many coppers over the years flip up pump n walk in, Its mostly women who switch the bowser off never had any trouble from men its always woman. If an arab female in a burka fills up, they don't ask them to remove their head cover!
Helmet and fueling up? I always take it off as it is nice to have it off.

Ride for hope is an organisation that my wife and I have created to raise funds for charities. we create rides to bring the community together. we do this to raise hope everywhere we can. this channels purpose is to show what we are up to.
