That video of Meg not listening to that lady is one of he rudest most discourteous things I’ve ever seen. She only just managed to pay lip service to this lovely polite lady whose life had been difficult and who wanted to tell of her experiences. This was obviously spoiling the optics for her posing as the best mother in the world. The incredulous thing was that she thought she was so much better at interacting with people than the ‘real Royals’. Thank goodness they left because if this was their idea of modernising the Monarchy I’d rather have the old fashioned mannerly and dignified one.

It's incredible to see the difference between all the "pretty pictures" that were presented to the world at this time that hoodwinked many of us into admiring this woman versus the actual actions displayed in these videos. The floor was intended for the children to play so the women could sit together and share. And at the time I remember being aghast that a Royal woman would give her child's hand-me-downs and behave as if this was such a thoughtful thing to do. Give those anonymously to another charity or your family/friends who might want the personal connection.

The minute M 'took it to the floor,' conversation at an adult level about a serious (!) subject became impossible. The lady speaking had clearly been appointed to lead the discussion, but M made it super awkward as she had to receive the lady's address sitting BELOW her eye level. (And notice M bristle when the speaker touches her back at 6:15? Epic micro-mask slip as M positively glared at the lady. "No touchy the Duchy," apparently - and it all went downhill from there.) Secondly, as someone more culturally aware than I has pointed out, at social gatherings, South African culture sits in the floor or on the ground only during funeral rites or mourning rituals. We can always rely on 'international relations' M to NOT know a single, solitary thing about the people she's visiting, and I can only conclude she doesn't know because she doesn't GAS.

MM has been a blessing to me because.... it brought into the limelight the behaviours of a narcissist and a sociopath. I never knew anything about these personality disorders until The Duchess appeared on the scene. Studying and learning about these personality disorders has opened my eyes to two people in my own family whose behaviours left me baffled for most of my life. I went and bought a good book. Watched a few teach in sessions on YT as well as watched uploads such as TRG and Lady C. Now, I am fully equipped on how to defend myself against the machinations of a sociopath and a narcissist. I feel very empowered, thanks to MM.👍🙂
