Im a Cardinals fan, but I was clicking back and forth between the Cardinals game and the Cubs game, and when they posted the 66 on the huge OF scoreboard, the Cardinals crowd was deathly quiet...Just a murmur and 45 minutes later, McGwire hit #66, and that was it. They next day he hit #67 & 68, and the following day, # 69 & 70. I actually thought Sammy was going to win, after her took the lead. It was a great time!
