Same question. Why is every touring boot an LV? Doesn't walking comfort and warmth count for anything? Seems like companies build boots for their top skiers who are typically 5'8" and 130 lbs.

Just bought these for my wife (last year's model on clearance). I wanted her to get the Kyra but she liked how these felt better. I went ahead and bought the Panterra 120 ID for myself since we saved so much money on her boots. 14 inches at Alta and still snowing. I know ski season is still two months away but I can't WAIT! :-)
