Ur supposed to straighten ur hair with flat iron so the chemiclas are properly sitting on ur hair like idk how to explain
You are right, I have a video on it on how to do the keratin treatment. This was just the last part of showing how it looks after only washing it without straightening my hair

You can also put it in your hair and then blow dry it. It will give your hair some shine
