It's sad that this title isn't lying when it says "highest quality"… I have it on a GTA2 promo disc from back in the day, and it's just as bad. Rockstar really need to re-release the classic GTAs, and add a remaster of this promo to go with it.

people usually don't know why claude speed doesn't talk in GTA3, its because when he survived the assasination he lost his ability to speak. good ole' GTA lore. there's more into the lore of the classic GTA games (GTA 1-GTASA) than the "HD Universe" GTA games.

I have heard all these songs before but the memories are so distant, pretty sure I was 4 years old when I first saw this in my GTA 2 Folder, the video wouldn't even run on my PC just a black screen, only heard the audio.
