𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽𝘀: Collect all the documents required for Passport Submission and visit the respective Visa Application Center (VAC) in VFS Global Nepal, Chaya Devi Complex, and submit your passport.

For Instance, Fee for Canada: Rs. 2,446 ~ almost Rs.3,000 (VFS draft fee - Rs.1,946 plus Kumari Bank charge - Rs.500)

• Tracking passports via email is free of cost.
For 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆 𝗰𝗮𝘀𝗲, VFS requires you to make a demand draft in the name of "VF Services (Mauritius) Pte. Ltd". The amount is mentioned on visa.vfsglobal.com/npl/en/can/apply-visa, Service charges, Package Transmission (per package). You also can make a demand draft through Prime Bank. They charged Rs.300 (if you don't have an account with them). Appointment is not required for passport submission.
𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽𝘀:
1. Collect all the documents required for Passport Stamping and Visit the respective visa application center (VAC) in VFS Global Nepal, Chaya Devi Complex
2. Ask for a coupon for the draft and visit Kumari Bank on the Second floor of the same building. Ask for bank draft voucher at the bank and filling it. Pay the amount to the bank.
3. Carry the bank draft and revisit VAC and submit your passport along with other documents.
𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗱𝗮 (visa in multiple attempts),
1. सिधै छाया देवी complex को 3rd floor मा रहेको Canadian Visa Application Center मा, चाहिने कागजातहरु लिएर जाने
2. Passport Submission को लागि आएको भने पछि, they will provide a coupon of draft.
3. त्यो लिएर 2nd floor मा रहेको Kumari Bank मा गएर "VFS को लागि draft बनाउनु छ" भनेर voucher माग्ने अनि त्यो fill up गर्ने
4. Voucher प्रयोग गरेर payment गरेपछि, बैंकले bank draft दिन्छ। त्यो लगेर passport submission गर्ने।

You will receive continuous messages in your email about your Passport. You can visit VFS Global Nepal with the receipt and collect your passport once it has been stamped and ready to collect.
