I dont think she is wrong on a lot of points. But when it comes down to it most people dont want to deal with a bunch of problems. No one is trying to hire someone, then go to a specific demographic to try and "lead and inspire" these specific groups. Companies just want you to shut up and work. You work in exchange for monetary compensation. Thats it. Some cultures and behaviors just do not mesh well in specific environments. I am a Roman Catholic American from Italian decent. I do believe Jesus was not white. It is a statistical impossibility actually that he was white.
