So the second stabilizer is on the track bar?

  • @HeavyboxesDIYMaster

Hi. Thanks for the video. Can the bushings in the track bar replaced or the whole thing has to be replaced? I’ve been thinking of a second steering stabilizer as opposed to removing the lift kit. New track bar and steering stabilizer. My death wobble went away for 3 years. Then the brake calipers went bad and warped the rotors. Death wobble is back but I think a new track bar and alignment and new rotors and new pads should fix it.

Excellent video. Very good information. I was wondering. I could could please help me out with a bad misfiring problem with my 06 350z. I believe that my high flow cats are clogged up? My goal is to unclogged/cleaning it? Can you please advice me if I might run in to other problems by removing them or is it ok to just removing it? I am in California and trying to get my car pass the smog inspection. I have never had a problem with passing smog. Furthermore. I have the original cats with less than 10k miles on them. Took them out less than a year used when I purchase the car new from the dealer. The car has 35k miles on it and sat for a long time with out moving. Lastly, I live in an area full of pines. Those pines leave a light green powder on the whole neighborhood and believe is the cause of possible debris clogging the cats. I welcome any input that would help me with my problem.

Hate to tell you…when heater will blow but only cold air in an early Titan is an easy fix. With engine off and cold, remove radiator cap and fill to top with 50:50 Asian mix (zerex) , then fill the side reservoir to the “max” line. Now run engine with interior set to max heat….you will get hot air. Shutdown and let cool, then refill side reservoir to max… Now the heater insert is packed with coolant. It got vapor locked…that is all. 2005 Nissan Titan LE crew cab 4X4..original owner…202K

Nice video man! One thing I heard you say is you're hesitant to buy another Chrysler product. Personally, in my experience with all 3 of the big manufacturers they're all terrible in some ways and great in others. But that being said I've had really good luck with Chrysler products, most of the time they're fairly straight forward to work on, and I've gotten tons of miles out of all the ones I've owned. My mom owns a van that looks almost identical to your wife's but it's a 2010, and it's given her basically minimal issues what so ever. Still runs and drives almost like new, the only real issues she's ever had was with the HVAC system running to the rear of the van had the blend door motor go out, and the brake recalls when it was new. Other than that it's been absolutely rock solid. My cousin and his wife bought one new the same year as my mom too, but his was one trim level below my moms, and he's had very little issues with his too, and he drives a lowboy and hauls heavy equipment for a living, so after all his kids were grown he started using it like a work truck and hauls around a ton of tools and parts in that thing. Says it's been his best work vehicle he's ever had next to his 94 Chevy Cavalier but he said you can haul a ton more stuff in the van hahaha.

The screw clamps are over tightened because they always leak- as the metal expands and contracts... radiator hoses should have the spring style clamps- they keep constant pressure on the hoses so they don't leak.

I found my sway bar is bent so the old links are being bent over the lower arm so ill see if I can torch it back in shape or just get a new sway bar. But great video thanks for the info.

If it's just the links they are fairly cheap. The bar is a whole different matter though haha

@@AGuyandHisProjects Thats for sure but I found that sway bar was not bent and just simply bent links back in shape also found that dont put them links on unless the car is on the ground or jack up as if it is jacked up or links will be wrong.
